2100 sq feet!!- The pictures really don't do justice for the size of the house. The front room is about 19 and a half feet long and 15 and a half feet wide.

- Is hidden by big beautiful trees, in the summer.
- Available to rent Aug 1, possibly sooner if needed.
- Washer, Dryer, dishwasher all included. Utilities are not.
- There are tenants there now but it is still available to show so just call me and we will set up a time!
- Also there is a 5 day preschool program (3-4 year olds) in the area that is about $30 a month.
